Quality Policy


Our key objectives for Control Devices (Australia) Pty Ltd are to provide a quality product and customer satisfaction, with a cost effective service.

To achieve these objectives, we actively engage our potential clients in decisions relating to our production processes and identify their needs.  We must provide a management system which embraces both Quality Assurance and continual improvement of our services.

Control Devices (Australia) Pty Ltd recognizes that Quality Assurance provides customer confidence and an assurance to ourselves that our service is meeting their expectations.

To achieve these objectives, and excel where possible, management of Control Devices Australia Pty Ltd has committed to the requirements of an ISO 9001 Quality Assurance System. The principles laid down in this Standard will allow us to achieve these goals.

We will continually review our Quality Objectives and communication techniques to ensure continual improvement of our systems. Our Quality Objectives are measured by the following; Sick days and/or Lost Time Injuries, On-Time Deliveries, Customer Focus and Feedback, Supplier Performance on time and Cost of Rework time.
