JC025
Single Axis Fingertip Rocker


The JC025 single axis fingertip rocker allows system designers to provide control of movement and speed in a single low-profile unit.

Developed for applications where compact size and minimal above panel height is paramount, the JC025 has a very low profile whilst still providing precise fingertip control in one axis. The use of this rocker in a control panel allows system designers to develop very low profile assemblies whilst still maintaining the functionality of a much larger single axis joystick.

This rocker is designed for maintenance-free operation throughout an operating life of greater than five million operations. Typical applications include remote control chest packs; pendant controllers, low profile panel assemblies and control consoles.

JC100

Developed for applications where ergonomics and system integrity are paramount, the JC100 is a compact, low profile joystick controller that provides smooth, precise fingertip control in one axis.

The JC100 is sealed to IP66 to enable it to operate in extreme environments. With all the components contained within the handle, and standing only 70mm high, it is ideal for mounting in low profile panels and arm rests. Installation time has been reduced through the use of a standard electronic connector, and the joystick has been
designed for maintenance-free operation throughout its operating life of greater than five million operations.

JC120
Single Axis Fingertip Joystick Controller

Developed for applications where ergonomics and system integrity are paramount, the JC120 is a minimum width, low profile joystick controller that provides smooth, precise fingertip control in one axis
with a choice of two lever lengths.

The JC120 is sealed to IP66 to enable it to operate in extreme environments. Standing only 54 or 64mm high, the JC120 is less susceptible to unintentional operation. With all of the components contained within the handle, it is ideal for mounting in low profile panels and arm rests.

Installation time has been reduced through the use of a standard 7-pin Molex electronic connector, and the joystick has been designed for main-tenance-free operation throughout on operating life of greater than five million operations.
An optional neoprene boot is available for the short handle version, allowing operation in environments where aggressive materials are present, protecting the joystick from dust and dirt ingress.

New friction-hold versions have been introduced, which allow the lever to be set to a specific position for applications such as setting speed controls.

Typical applications include remote control chest packs and the control of construction, agricultural or material handling equipment.

JC400
Multi-Axis Fingertip Joystick Controller


Developed for use in applications where compact size and functionality are important, the JC400 joystick controller with analogue output offers proportional fingertip control in up to three axes, while the JC400 with Digital Output option offers switched fingertip control with sequential detent feel.

The JC400’s range of ergonomic handles feature rotary operated potentiometers, or switches, for a third axis of control, or ‘Person Present’ switches that can be used to improve the integrity of your control system.

Installation flexibility has been provided by using different forms of mounting flanges independent of the function of the joystick. The analogue track models are supplied with side exit cables to minimize the required under panel depth, and the digital output option is supplied with standard electronic connectors on the joystick base. The JC400 has been designed for maintenance-free operation throughout an operating life of greater than five million operations.

Typical applications include remote control chest packs, CCTV camera controls and the operator controls in construction, agricultural or material handling equipment.

JC3000
Finger Operated Joystick Controller

The JC3000 joystick controller is designed for applications requiring a simplistic approach to fingertip control, where strength and reliability are important. The joystick can be specified as a dual axis or single
axis controller, and comes with a range of user-defined features that provide unique functionality for numerous applications.

The JC3000 can be specified to generate up to 5 switched outputs per half axis, or analog potentiometer and switched centre/directional reference signals. Optional mechanical detents that coincide with the switched output points can also be specified, providing operator feedback to the angular position of the joystick lever.

The joystick lever can accommodate a choice of different handle types, but no additional switch functions are available in the handles.
The joystick is intended to be mounted in a protected environment, on applications such as a vehicle cab, control room or remote control chestpacks, and has IP66 protection above the mounting flange.
